INLAY TECHNIQUES

This 3 part, hands-on workshop will explore wet clay inlay techniques and their application to handbuilt work.  Students will learn how to make their own colored clay, apply it as inlay to slabs, and construct pieces of their own design.  By the end of this series, students will have a whole new approach to surface design.  This course is suitable for students of all levels.

Penelope has been making pottery at Supermud for 8 years.  She is excited to share this technique with everyone.

Sunday, July 11, 18 and 25, 6-8pm

• $200 for new students

• $150 for current & returning students 

Includes material, tools for use during the workshop and firing for up to 2 pieces of work.
